Daniel Barenboim joins Zubin Mehta & Wiener Philharmoniker

Daniel Barenboim joins conductor Zubin Mehta and the Wiener Philharmoniker as featured soloist at Vienna’s Musikverein.

On 29 April, Barenboim is at the keyboard for Beethoven’s Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 3. The all-Beethoven program also highlights the composer’s Overture No. 3 to Fidelio and Symphony No. 7.

The 30 April and 1 May concerts see Barenboim perform Schumann’s Piano Concerto in a minor. Mehta and the Philharmoniker also present Bruckner’s Symphony No. 7.
