Daniel Barenboim reunites with pianist Martha Argerich for a duo recital in Vienna on 11 May. They celebrate the music of Claude Debussy.
Onstage at the Musikverein, Barenboim and Argerich perform Debussy’s Six Epigraphes antiques, En blanc et noir, Prélude à l’après-midi d’un faune, “Lindaraja,” and La mer plus Schumann’s canon pieces by Claude Debussy.
The pianists have released two duo albums together on Barenboim’s digital-only record label Peral Music. You can discover Piano Duos and Piano Duos II today.
