This month, Daniel Barenboim complements his orchestral and operatic performances with two unique performances in Berlin and Copenhagen. On April 12, mezzo-soprano Magdalena Kožená and Barenboim present a recital of art songs and chansons by Ravel, Debussy, Haydn, and Bartók at Berlin’s Schiller Theater.
Later this month on April 20, Daniel Barenboim returns to the stage of Copenhagen’s DR Koncerthuset for the first time since debuting there four years ago. For his Danish recital this April, Maestro Barenboim presents an all-Schubert program.
