This April, the celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday continues, with Daniel Barenboim leading the Staatskapelle Berlin in performances of all nine Beethoven Symphonies. Part of FESTTAGE 2020, the series presents these monumental works at the Berlin Philharmonie from April 4 to April 12.
Later in April, Barenboim returns to Pierre Boulez Saal, performing Beethoven’s piano sonatas on April 25 and 27.
