On December 2 and 21, 2015, Music Director Daniel Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin present a program of Mozart and Bruckner at the Konzerthaus in Berlin.
Barenboim conducts Mozart’s Piano Concerto in D Minor, K.466 from the keyboard, followed by a performance of Bruckner’s Symphony No. 5 in B-flat Major.
Barenboim’s season with the Staatskapelle Berlin continues in 2016 as they perform with Zubin Mehta on January 13 at the Philharmonie Berlin. In January and February 2016, Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin embark on a five city, fifteen concert tour in Japan.
