Daniel Barenboim leads Sasha Waltz world premiere

This month at the Staatsoper im Schiller Theater, Daniel Barenboim leads two exceptional dance performances featuring the choreography of Sasha Waltz on 26 October and 2 November. The program comprises Ms. Waltz’s choreography to the Scène d’amour from Berlioz’s Roméo et Juliette as well as Stravinsky’s ballet Le sacre du printemps. The performances will also see the world premiere of Ms. Waltz’s choreography to Debussy’s L’après-midi d’un faune.
