On January 19, Barenboim led the Barenboim-Said Akademie Orchestra in the second of four performances this season at Berlin’s Pierre Boulez Saal. The program included Schoenberg’s Verklärte Nacht Op. 4 and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 7 in A major Op. 92. Barenboim will take to the podium again to conduct the orchestra on April 14 and June 5, 2024.
