Daniel Barenboim takes the stage for solo piano recitals across Europe in April 2016.
Barenboim opens his series of recitals at the Stockholms Konserthus on April 16, and appears at the Konsersttisali in Helsinki on April 17, the DR Koncerthuset Copenhagen on April 19 and the Amsterdam Concertgebouw on April 24.
The program comprises Beethoven’s 32 Variations on a Theme in C, Schubert’s Sonata in C, Chopin’s Eerste Ballade in g, plus Liszt’s Funérailles No. 7 and Mephisto Waltz No. 1.
