Music Director Daniel Barenboim conducts the Staatskapelle Berlin on the city’s Bebelplatz for their annual “Staatsoper für alle” concert, a spectacular open-air performance that, for the first time, will be streamed live worldwide at the Staatsoper’s website. This year’s program includes performances of Wagner’s “Einzug der Gäste” from Tannhäuser with the Staatsopernchor, Beethoven’s Concerto for violin and orchestra in D major with guest soloist Lisa Batiashvili, and Stravinsky’s Le sacre du printemps.
Entry is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required.

May performances include Staatskapelle concert in Dresden, La Scala recital with Rolando Villazón, and solo piano recitals at Klavier Festival Ruhr and Alte Oper Frankfurt
