Daniel Barenboim will conduct the Staatskapelle Berlin in the first complete Wagner Ring Cycle at the BBC Proms this summer, marking the Maestro’s Wagner opera debut in the United Kingdom. Barenboim and the Staatskapelle Berlin will be joined by roster of singers that include Nina Stemme, Bryn Terfel, and Anna Larsson – among many others – for the performances, which run from July 22 to 28.
