Daniel Barenboim continues his season-long celebration of Wagner’s bicentennary, conducting Siegfried at the Teatro alla Scala through November 18. Wagner figures prominently in the maestro’s Milan performances. At La Scala, Barenboim performs Lohengrin in December (with a special preview for young people on December 4), Götterdämmerung in May and June, and two complete Ring Cycle performances in June as well.
