Music Director Daniel Barenboim leads the Staatsoper Berlin in Wagner’s Parsifal on March 20, 25 & 28, 2016 as part of the Festtage 2016.
The production at the Schiller Theater features direction and set design by Dmitri Tcherniakov and spotlights Wolfgang Koch as Amfortas, René Pape as Gurnemanz, Andreas Schager as Parsifal, Tómas Tómasson as Klingsor, Waltraud Meier as Kundry and Matthias Hölle as Titurel.
