Performances with Radu Lupu & the Berliner Philharmoniker

On June 6, 7, and 8, Daniel Barenboim conducts the Berliner Philharmoniker with guest pianist Radu Lupu.

The performances mark the 50th anniversary of Barenboim’s conducting debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker, made on June 14 and 15, 1969. In celebration of this anniversary, Barenboim performs the original program, conducting Haydn’s Symphony No. 95 in C minor, Beethoven’s Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 4 in G major, and Schumann’s Symphony No. 5 in D minor.
